Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.

 

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

 

  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. 

  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.

  • Any combo appointments (2 appointments booked on same day, paid by one person) requires 48 hours cancellation notice. Combo appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

CONFIRMATION/REMINDER NOTICES

 

As a courtesy, I will send out a reminder email 5 days prior to your appointment date and a text message reminder 2 days prior to appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore, all appointments are confirmed at a minimum of 48 hours in advanced for your convenience.

 

Please ensure that we have your current email address and mobile phone number on file in order to receive courtesy appointment reminders. If your email address or mobile number changed it still remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and subsequent cancellation fees.
